Admin and business analytics interface
The admin interface is the back office of the platform. Here I manage events, orders, coupons, VIP cards and users. There is a mobile app for it too, so the most important things work from a phone.
I have designed and built it since November 2025, from the web interface to the mobile admin.
Alongside a live ticketing system you need one place where the team sees what is going on: how many tickets sold, how many people came in, where buyers drop off. In spreadsheets that falls apart quickly.
I wanted an interface that is always in sync with the platform, quick to operate, and where the important actions work from a phone.
Events and statistics
Per-event sales, revenue and entry breakdown by ticket type, daily sales and arrival charts, a list of sold tickets, and Excel and PDF reports.
Orders and customers
Order and guest data management, customer statistics and loyalty metrics in one place, with invoice settings and automatic invoicing of handling fees.
Coupons, VIP cards, loyalty
Manage coupons, VIP cards, periodic loyalty prices and point-of-sale partners, and follow wallet transactions.
Catalogue administration
Manage clubs, organisers, event types, music styles, dress codes and interests, and moderate ratings and community content.
Mail and messaging
Set up mail servers and SMS protocols and check their deliverability. Statistics, SEO and campaign features are covered in a separate project.
Internal workflows
A task manager with subtasks and tags, users and permissions, SEO tools and a referral programme.
Search traffic, sessions, carts and sales in one view. Names and brand replaced, the numbers are real.
Upcoming and past events by organiser, with search and date filters. Names replaced with samples.
Ticket types, sales pace and an arrivals chart under one event. Names replaced with samples.
Post and ad drafts generated from upcoming events, per channel. After approval they are posted by hand; the system never posts on its own.
With brand and customer names and personal data removed (except the app store screenshots).
Mobile admin on the same base
The phone admin works on the same API and permission system as the web, and covers the whole admin area.
Two-way sync
Users, orders, tickets, VIP cards and loyalty purchases arrive from the platform, and the admin sends data back too.
Excel and PDF reports
I can export event reports, and the heavy jobs run in the background.
When the statistics do not match
Since the data comes from several systems, I built a de-duplication command, a statistics rebuild and a diagnostics command. If something is off, I do not dig around the database by hand.
Not everything fits on a phone
I had to bring the web statistics' ticket-type-coloured charts to the phone as well. The 10-minute arrival breakdown would have been too many bars on mobile, so there I use an hourly breakdown.
Sync with the platform
Users, orders, tickets, VIP cards and loyalty purchases arrive from the main system. De-duplication, recalculation and backfill commands keep the statistics matching reality.
Reports and exports
Event reports are produced in Excel and PDF, campaign and membership data can be exported, and heavy jobs run in the background.
Mobile admin and operations
The interface is also usable from a phone, on the same API and permission system. Regular metric collection, storage usage monitoring and a daily summary notification complete it.
The team sees the whole business in one place, and producing reports is no longer manual work. The important actions are available from a phone.
Do you need an admin or an internal tool for your business?
Describe what you need to see and manage, and I will design the interface for it.
